This super-deluxe penthouse in modern building style is suitable for up to 4 people (5 people on request). The penthouse has a spacious living room with hyper-installed kitchen (including microwave, oven and dishwasher) and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two terraces. On the first terrace is delicious breakfast in the blissful morning sun. The roof terrace offers the necessary privacy for sunbathing, all day long. Both terraces have awnings that protect from the sun. There are two bedrooms each with their own bathroom (toilet, shower, sink). Bedroom 1 has a double bed, the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The three rooms (living room and both bedrooms) have air conditioning with remote control. Towels, bath towels and bed linen are available free of charge. Wifi and Belgian TV is available free of charge( other international channels on request). Of course, all necessary equipment is provided for a comfortable stay (washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). There is a closed underground car park for the car. The penthouse is equipped with a washing machine and offers every comfort for a pleasant stay. (no smoking allowed)
