From April 1st to July 1st, and from September 1st to November 1st.

Final cleaning, meet & greet, and use of bed and bath linen: €85
When renting our accommodation, we request a security deposit of €200. This amount will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage has been found.
Included in the rental price:

✅ Electricity consumption: up to 85 kWh per week (normal use). Additional usage will be charged at €0.40 per kWh.

Cancellation fees vary depending on the time of cancellation:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before departure: the deposit paid.
- Cancellation less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the rental sum.
