How far are the apartments from the beach?

All of our apartments are located just a few minutes' drive from the sandy beaches of Punta Prima, La Zenia, and Cabo Roig.

Is there free Wi-Fi and air conditioning available?

Yes, every apartment comes standard with high-speed Wi-Fi and well-functioning air conditioning for a comfortable stay in any season.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM and check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. Flexible times can be discussed upon request.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, freshly washed bed linen and towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

Guests are kindly asked to wash the towels before departure. A washing machine is available in the apartment for free.

Washing the bed linen is included in the final cleaning and will be taken care of by our cleaning team.

Are there supermarkets and restaurants nearby?

Yes, within a short walking distance you will find several supermarkets, cozy bars, and international restaurants.

How does the key handover work?

Prior to your arrival, you will receive clear instructions for the personal key handover.

Is there a swimming pool available?

Yes, our guests are free to use the well-maintained shared swimming pool and sunbathing lawn at the complex.

Can I easily park a rental car?

Private parking is available at the accommodation.

Is an airport transfer available?

Airport transfer is available for €70 per ride (between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM) for Murcia or Alicante.
