Rental Conditions and Rates**

When renting our accommodation, we ask for a  deposit of €250  This amount will be refunded within  10 days after departure , provided that no damage has been found.

Included in the rental price:
✅ Water usage 
✅ Electricity consumption: up to 85 kWh per week  (normal use). Additional consumption  will be charged at  €0.40 per kWh.

Extra costs (mandatory to pay on site):
🏡 Period already fully booked or need several apartments? We offer alternative options within the same complex without obligation.
🌞 Wintering? Ask for our favorable conditions!

Cancellation costs vary depending on the time of cancellation:

- Cancellation up to 60 days before departure: the advance paid.
- Cancellation less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the rental price.

We advise you to contact your insurance broker in advance for possible cancellation insurance.

If travel is prohibited by a decision of the Spanish or Belgian government, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
